Service Description

The remote consultation will involve an initial phone call outlining the concerns you have. I will get you to give me an account of the last 3 days so I can get an idea of your day-to-day routine. I will then give you feedback and some advice on how to start sleep training. We can then either continue with calls via Zoom, WhatsApp, or Facetime on a daily basis lasting up to 15 mins a day up to 10 days.
